- All products must be returned within 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- It is your responsibility to inspect all of your items upon receipt of the shipment.
- Any claims of missing parts or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order according to the tracking info by contacting our Customer Service Dept. No exception will be made to this policy. Statements like ‘I just noticed’ , ‘I just opened the item now’ , ‘I didn’t notice it earlier’ , ‘ I didn’t know’ , or similar excuses will not be accepted and will not change this policy.
- In case of getting a damaged product, please call our customer service immediately.
- No returns are accepted on e-juice, open cartridges or tanks for safety reasons.
- Return cost of shipping is client’s responsibility. We will not accept or issue a refund for packages marked as “return to sender’ or “refused” under any circumstances.
- In order to get a refund, you must do the following:
Items must be unopened in their original packaging.
Call Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Get a Return Allowance Number (RAN); it must be clearly written on the outside of the return package (any package that does not include RAN on the outer side, will not be accepted under any circumstances), and then send the merchandise to this address:

- After receiving your returned merchandise with its valid RAN, our staff will process a refund to the credit card used when the purchase was made within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation of Orders:
You are always able to cancel any order you make as long as it has not left our warehouse by contacting our Customer Service Dept. immediately.
Most of Oil N Coil items are under 60-day warranty. In case you experience an issue in product’s functionality, please contact our Customer Service Dept. and get a RNA. After receiving RNA, ship back the defective item/s only within 48 hours on your expense to receive an exchange, not a refund.
Note: In order to get a replacement for your item, you must contact Customer Service Dept. and should be aware of the followings:
- Items will be considered to have a manufacturing defects after arriving to our warehouse and inspected by our team.
- Warranty includes only manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover issues related to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear (including dust, humidity or heat) of the item.
- Defected items must be shipped according to the Return Policy
- Oil (e-liquids), Atomizers, Batteries, Tanks and other Vape Accessories are excluded from warranty and can not be returned under any circumstances.
- Oil N Coil reserves the right to replace the defective item with an equivalent item if available, or to give a credit (same original item’s value) that can be used to buy another product in case no replacement is available.
- Oil N Coil will not be, in any way, responsible for any type of damages arising from use, or inability to use products we sell.
